A separate Rental Application must be completed and submitted for every adult applying to rent and live in one of our rental units. If an applicant has a spouse, their spouse’s information can be included on the applicant’s rental application.
Step-by-step instructions for filling out and sending us this form via email to info@rpminc.ca are as follows:
Clicking on the link above will download the form to your computer (usually to your “Downloads” folder). In case you can’t locate the blank application on your computer after you download it, you can perform a search on your computer for the filename “rpm_rental_app_8-2021.pdf”.
Our Rental Application is designed to be filled out electronically on your computer or smartphone with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app (or equivalent). If you are unable to fill it out electronically you can print out the application and fill it out manually, scan or take a smartphone photo and send to us via email at info@rpminc.ca
Open it, MAKE SURE YOU SAVE IT WITH A NEW FILE NAME TO YOUR COMPUTER (preferably with “rental property address – your name – application”), fill it out in Reader, SAVE the completed form, then attach it to an email and send it to us via email at info@rpminc.ca
Please double check that you are not sending us the BLANK rental application (it happens quite often!) – the easiest way to avoid this is to rename the downloaded file right away and save it again.
If you’re unable to do this or are having technical problems, you can take a well-lit, legible smartphone photo and send that to us via email at info@rpminc.ca (please ensure the file size is not huge – 1-5MB is usually sufficient). If this is not available to you, please email us to make other arrangements.
