James was very friendly and helpful through the entire process. He initially worked with me helping me manage my apartment lease, and then when I decided to sell it, he stepped up and provided an amazing service. The unit was sold within the week.
He is honest with his opinions, but doesn’t try to control my actions too much, instead he just tells me all the options I have in detail and explains the outcomes each would lead to. This way I could make my own informed decisions.
